I will finish my bachelors degree in journalism in May this year, and am expected to receive a 1st. Through my course I have honed my skills in copywriting, content creation and digital publishing. I have also gained new skills in audio editing, video editing and broadcast presenting.

I have experience with industry standard programs including Adobe photoshop, InDesign, Avid media composer, i-news, Audacity, and Burli. Working knowledge of WordPress and across social media platforms.

In my prior work experience I have learnt how to be a representative of a company, and carry their name on my shoulders with pride and confidence. I excel at customer service, and know how to put myself in a client’s shoes to make sure they come away from any interaction as happy as possible.

Working as a freelance writer has taught me how to manage my own time and adhere to deadlines. I have learnt how to approach potential clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate new business.

I am a native English speaker currently based in Leeds, UK. I have learnt Swedish to an intermediate level (CEFR B1).
